Comment: I got my stuff, but it didn't meet the posted swap requirements.(Very Late) Thank you for finally sending this. I would give you a 4, but thats not an option so a 3 is fair in my opinion.

Comment: Swap never fit requirements. Im finally posting this after I was repetedly harassed about being an unfair rater and was send doll after doll that was no where close to the description of the swap

Comment: This atc was well over 2 weeks late. Also, the back of the atc was blank.

Comment: Sorry I have to give you a "3" because you must have missed the statement: "should be able to fit nicely into someone's collection if they collect Vintage ATC's" I don't consider this one to be Vintage at all. While it is cute, it is not reminiscent of times past.
Response: I am sorry that you don't like the card. I have created a new one for you and popped it in the mail today. I am hoping that you will change my rating when you receive it. I am certain that you received this by now but apparently have no interest in acknowledging that or changing my rating. Thanks for being so very undersanding =(
