Comment: I will rerate if I receive your ATC. 1/3/14-ATC finally received. Sender should be aware that the envelope arrived slit open along one edge, partially mangled, with contents spilling out. You may wish to reinforce your envelope seams with tape.

Comment: I hate leaving a 3 rating, but I am leaving a 3 due to sending late. Weeks 1 and 2 were sent together on the date that Week 3 was to be sent. And Weeks 3 thru 6 were all sent late also.

Comment: Thank you for your first two letters, Tammy. The final two letters were due out 8/10. You marked them as sent 8/12, but when I later let you know that I hadn't received them, you admitted that you weren't sure if everything had been mailed. That alone warrants a 3, in my opinion. As of 8/31, I haven't received either of them (original or resend). * Update 9/3: I received letter #3; thank you!

Comment: Marked as sent on the last send by date, 3 days before postage stamp... I don't buy that when the last day to send was on a Monday! Also it was quite underwhelming.
