For this swap it is pass it on but the theme is METAL. This means you will pass on at least 1 ATC of someone else's work that you received through a swap that has a the theme of METAL (metal embellishment). Pretty easy and simple, should be no reason to flake or get a 3 since it is so simple. ATCs are for trading, so have fun!
