You will be making and sending 3 Nice & Neat FBs to your partner. These must be new! Feel free to make these for anyone. The theme is "St. Valentine's Day". Friendship books must be neat, not just a bunch of pieces of paper strewn together. They cannot be slams, friendship sheets or crams. Please be sure to decorate the cover. A laminated picture is NOT a N&N FB. Covers must have some sort of embellishment(s).
