EASY SWAP! I have always admired the character Betty BooP. Probably not for reasons as many other Betty Boop fans, but for this reason. My mother name is Betty and she is a Betty Boop fan. So in this swap let's make ATC cards with Betty Boop in mind. I can see the creativity flowing out there. Reach deep inside and pull out that inner BETTY BOOP BEAUTY. To make your ATC even more tantalizing--Betty Boop has been around since the mid-1930's so if you would like to even add some things from the 1930's--would take it up a knotch for your partner. 1 partner+ 2 ATC's = HAPPY SWAPPING!
