Create one bright and colorful, mermaid themed ATC for 1 partner. Your ATC should be 2.5X3.5 inches and have a sturdy back. Please create and send something your partner will love to include in their collection. Have fun! --I encourage all participants to please post pictures of their ATCs on the group Flickr site. It's great to see all the bright and colorful art swapped in the group. :)
