For this swap, you will have one partner and you will make either an ATC or rubber stamped card for them in a cat theme - your item must have at least one cat on it. Please do your best work, no sticker slapping. Please have at least 2 layers and an embellishment for the hand stamped card. Be creative and have fun! You will have 3 weeks to make and send your ATC or card!
