I would say anything from the 80's or earlier would be vintage.

Non-touristy to me is nothing on the front that advertises the area or says, "Greetings From".........

I love the strict requirements, it means that I know that when I send out a gem, I can expect one in return.

It is the option of the host to determine rating requirements. Anyone who would like to host a swap of this kind is more than welcome.
