This is a public swap that anyone can join.

And re-sends should not be a new swap. It's an agreement between you and your partner and you give them enough time to mail the re-send out. Also, you should still have the address for a re-send from the original swap, just go to the swap and click "See the partners you send to" in the yellow box like normal. Even if you've already sent the info is still there.

And if someone else joins this swap since it is a public swap, and you don't send to them, they could give you a 1. I would cancel this swap ASAP.

You have to click private and then you will be given a box to input a password. You would give the password to your partner. Since you didn't do that it became public. Luckily no one else tried to join.
