Halloween and cupcakes are two of my favorite things. So for this swap you will have 1 partner to make a Handmade Halloween card for... but it will have a cupcake theme! Please use multiple layers of cardstock. Break out the ribbons, glitter, stamps and use some good skills to create a little Halloween masterpiece to make your partner smile. Please NO sticker slapping! And please leave the inside blank (except for stamped words) so that your partner may use their card.
