Standard atc rules apply 2.5x3.5 This atc must have a beautiful Asian women on it. This is a mixed media swap. Please use several layers for your atc. Please do not draw your lady. Please use some type of picture... it can be a print off, a book or magazine cut out... I am using the graphic 45 paper I think it is called bird song. Use beautiful embellishments. This swap is international. Please ask if you have questions.
