This is a swap for starter bags. These can be sticker bags, label bags, stamp bags, etc. Just make sure they're not sloppy. Send your 2 partners 5 starter bags (so a total of ten new bags), just make sure they're not for your partner! Just to clarify, starter bags are ones you make yourself. So your partner will be signer #1.
