Winter Fairy ATC International

For this swap you will need to create ONE atc for TWO partners.

The atc you create must have a fairy as the main element and must have an overall winter theme. And must be the standard size of 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches

Unrated newbies with a well filled out profile are very welcome.

Rated swappers must have at least 4.95 and no recent or unexplained 1's or 3's, i will also look for current late swaps and a history of late sending and check that participants have been online within the week before assigning partners . Hopefully there will be no flakers but I will angel my swaps if needs be. Please remember that packaging your swap item securely and rating promptly are also part of your swapping commitment :)
