Calling all Crafting Qeens! Here's your chance to creat a unique Valentine Dotee. Have fun and use your imagination. Your Dotee could be heart shaped, The Queen of Hearts, dressed in heart printed fabric, a pair of big red lips and etc. At least 1 heart must be on the Dotee. If you are new to Dotees this is a great place to start. There are tons of examples on line to give you ideas. Usual Dotee requirements apply. If you have questions please let me know.
