What, in heaven's name, is a Deco? Do you mean sticker, or do you mean decal? Deco is short for decorative, so I am stumped here.

Deco is short for Decorated Friendship Book. It's basically a little handmade booklet. The cover is decorated in a certain theme. Inside it has the owner of the booklet's name and address, the deco is then passed around through the mail for different people to "sign" (decorate).
