Description:
For this swap you will add the element of a paint chip as the base of your ATC. Take a sample paint chip that you can get at the paint store & cut it down to the size of an ATC. The stamp on it or collage it, whatever you want to do to make this a cool ATC. Two partners will each receive one ATC.
