Signed up for this. Dietary restriction: no normal wheat. I eat spelt though and bulgar.

@SusieO I received your name as one of my partners. I sent everyone my favourite recipe that uses regular wheat flour, and then sent you a spelt bread recipe. I hope the original recipe works with spelt, but I'm confident the second, intended for spelt will work nicely for you!
