Description:

Each participant will make 1 black and white square for 1 partner. Pattern is senders choice so you can start making your square as soon as you sign up. I have allowed plenty of time for everyone to make and send off squares,

Please use good quality 100% cotton fabric.

You can use prints and/or solids as long as both colors are represented. Also, squares must measure 12.5 x 12.5 inches.

Since this is a group swap I feel confident that everyone will fulfill their obligation and that their ratings are in compliance with group standards. I can angel if necessary

I recently assembled 12 blocks that I had received from swappers into a beautiful quilt for a long-time friend. The blocks looked so fabulous with a contrasting fabric sashing the blocks together. None of the blocks were repeated blocks and each used different fabrics.

I also have made my second quilt from swapper-sent blocks. It still needs quilting but it's quite dramatic. I'll give it to someone ... I wonder if I can managed to get it quilted (by machine) by Christmas.

Is this swap following on from the ones hosted by Junemoon and Alphenquilts in previous months? If so, why is it not international any more? I've been enjoying them:(
