Int'l HANDMADE Halloween PC - Newbie Friendly

For this swap you will create ONE handmade Halloween themed postcard and send it to your ONE partner

• Postcard should measure 4" x 6"
• Elements should be secured so that nothing falls off in the mail - I like to cover mine with clear tape
• Stickers are welcome but use them along with OTHER design elements - don't just stick a bat and pumpkin sticker on the front and call it "done"
• Remember that it will cost more than a regular post card stamp to send a postcard out of your country
• Do your best - send something that you would be thrilled to get!
• Postcards are to be sent naked
• Be sure to include the swap name, your username and a short note to your partner on the address side of your creation

I reserve the right to ban anyone whom I feel might cause a problem in this swap. Unrated swappers / newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile. Rated swappers must have a min. 4.98 rating.

Flakers will be outed in every way I can think of.
