No boring plain sheets accepted newbies are accepted but you must have a well filled out profile. Decorate your envelope, package it pretty, add cute little notes, etc anything extra generally deserves a heart<3 **PLEASE NO FLAKERS******** You will have 1 partner make it as happy as possible try to make your partners day...you can also check there profile and what kawaii items most interests them;)

For the large memos, what size do they need to be?

Yeah, I have plenty of small ones but I dunno what would constitute as large :/ so I don't know whether I should sign up :(

Large memo sheets are usually 3 by 5 inches. Or there abouts.

No, large kawaii memos are usually 4x6 inches. There is some very slight variation in brands but it's not that much.
