Audrey Hepburn Mail Art

I just love classic Hollywood film stars of the good, old times, so I decided to put up a mail art-swap with that theme. At first we will be doing Audrey Hepburn, but if this swap seems to attract many players, perhaps we can continue the series.

As I want everyone to make and receive quality mail art, here are some things I want you to include into your art. First of all, decorate both sides of the envelope. Your envelope MUST contain: - at least one image of Audrey on both sides of the envie - a quote by her (printed or stamped, not handwritten, unless you are good at calligraphy or otherwise have a neat/beautiful handwriting) - real stamp(s) for mailing.

Otherwise you can use: - stamping - washi-/ decorative tape - collage - decoupage - rub-ons.

You may NOT use: - drawing/painting - stickers - clear tape for sealing the images (if you use a good-quality glue and glue the items properly, that will be enough).

Inside the envelope, put only a piece of cardboard to keep the envelope straight in the mail and a little note with the name of the swap and your username, that´s it!

The envelope size should be something between 6 x 9 inches as a "standard" for stateside swaps and 5 x 7 inches or legal size for the international swap partners. So nothing too tiny or huge, please!
