BEFORE shipping. Have it sent to them. Must be a USA swapper to join and have at least a 4.98 rating to join. Must have completed at least 5 Type 2 or 3 swaps to join.

You say in the description that you must be a USA swapper to join, yet your swap says International is allowed, which one should we go by?

O.K.... it's fixed. Now it says Regional.
