We are going to create a Halloween tag, your choice of themes, with (3) 12" pieces of Halloween ribbon wrapped around the tag. Tag can be any size over 2 x 4.25".

Use three different ribbons, add more if your inclined.

Have fun, create something ghoulishly great!

Are the ribbons supposed to be attached to the tag (like part of the embellishments) or just wrapped around and meant to be removed. Sorry, but I'm confused.

The ribbon is to be wrapped around and meant to be removed, yes. No, the ribbon at the top does not count. Sorry not so clear! If you have any other questions, just ask!

To clarify further, the tag gets wrapped in ribbon, 12" pieces, that can be used for other projects. SO when you are done, you have a Halloween tag and (3) pieces of ribbon to use on other projects.
