Description:
I saw this idea on an ATC and thought the idea would translate well to a ROLO card. Using newspaper as your background design a rolo card. You can make you design related to the newpaper or not. Use pictures, stickers, stamps, pens whatever you can think of. Standard stuff about no sends. This is a group swap so I do not anticipate any problems. I will give profiles a review prior to assigning partners.
