Man + Animal ("Manimal") Mail Art!

For this swap you'll be creating a mail-art envelope for your partner featuring a . . . . "manimal!" What is a manimal? Well . . . other than a very cheesy television show in the early 80's, it is a man/animal hybrid. (Man can mean man or woman)

In the picture above (found on pinterest), the artist has pictured Frida Kahlo with birds in her midsection. This is a great approach--using two species in their entirety . . . .or . . . you can use parts of different species and meld them together. You might create a MANgaroo or a flaMANgo ;+) You get the idea.

Your mail art envie should measure at least 5"x7" (but can be larger) and should include a little note describing your manimal and a small surprise.
