Remember this is a mini banner swap :) Banner to be no larger than 12" long x 2" tall. Send something Somerset would be proud to publish :) Use ribbons, quotes, papers, tags, tickets, pennants, metals...anything your heart desires! Let's do a minimum of 7 flags on the banner :)
