List C & List D

Several people liked the "A" & "B" version so I thought I'd continue until I run out of alphabet!!

In an envelop place ONE item from List C and ONE item from List D (you can send more if you'd like but one from each list is required).

List C:
1 letter set (envie with at least 2 matching sheets)
1 craft pattern--full instructions (can be copied/Xeroxed from a craft book, cut from magazine, etc)
1 air freshener for car (most are flat)
1 pkg embroidery floss
1 PC

List D:
3 ATC backs
2 bookmarks (hand made or store bought)
3 washi tape samples (at least 5 inches each)
2 greeting cards (birthday, get well, friendship, etc)
2 note cards with envies
