Description:
In this ATC swap you will have one partner that you make 2 atcs featuring kittens. They can be co-ordinated or each unique. Traditional atc size on firm backing. Create something special. Any media but no sticker slapping. I suggest that in addition to firm backing, a full atc sized background of cardstock, another layer of patterned paper and then your main design.
