I can't accept holiday cards, like Christmas cards, Easter cards and Halloween cards either as there is not such events in my country.

notecards do not include any sort of occasion card. they are simply, notecards, different than any themed or other cards. So you don't really need to specify. blank notecards is its own category- if that makes sense
