Make sure it's the minimum size for mailing...you can enclose a goodie if you like...stickers, a cat notecard, a kid cat valentine, etc. Please decorate your envelope. Store bought or handmade...not a postcard though....a regular card in a decorated envelope which can be valentines or cat decorated. If all you have is a postcard you must OK it with your partner....

Idea: maybe PCs less to send? In USA, sending within USA it's 34 cents versus 49 cents but to send USA overseas it's $1.15 for either PC or letter/card

I know....that's why I prefer a card...I want to use my new stamps...and I hate using 49 cent stamps on a local postcard.
