Description:
Both @anrtist and @bombardiette will fully decorate an envelope (minimum standard letter size) AND create an ATC in the theme of their own choosing (SURPIZE! ATC!) to go inside said decorated envelope. @bombardiette will also utilize the stamp depicted in the swap graphic to post her envie, and enclose an unused version of the same.
