Anything Goes Journal Signature

Signature made from 5 approx A4 size pages down to 6x4 inches at the smallest, attached together and folded to make an approx A5 size signature that can be added to a journal or used as is for a small journal.
Please use a mixture of papers, envelopes etc and include some original art somewhere. Add pockets,tags, ephemera, notepapers, or whatever you feel will give your partner a unique, interesting and useful signature to which they can add their own writing/artwork and collected 'bits'. In other words dress it up a bit but leave room for your partner to add more.
Remember this is called Anything Goes but does not include non family friendly images or ideas. Who is game?
