Note Card with a Wax Seal

This is for a note card letter that is sealed with a wax seal. you must send your partner a note card not blank but written in like you would a letter and must be sealed with a wax seal. Any kind of wax seal. you may decorate the rest of the envelope with mail art but not necessary It must be a store bought note card. regular size nothing too small.

you must have a 4.98 rating no unexplained 1's or threes. a well filled out profile. I will ban as needed.
