Question. I am new to fb and the only ones I would have would be for myself and my partner. I don't mind making the hq part, but is that acceptable to have all new books? I know in a lot of swaps lately it hasn't been and I want to make sure I am following the rules.

Why did you make this an international swap if you only wanted it to be regional to the USA?
