Anime ATC - Blue

After much thinking and talking over I'm going to host this swap as a series of 8 or 9 each series be different hair colour. I'v seen this type of swap b4 and fancy hosting 1.

For this round you will have 1 partner who you will create a ATC of a anime/manga girl containing the Hair Colour - Blue for. ( any shade of blue can be used whether it light blue or dark blue ect.)

This can be a proper charter with this hair colour hair or a free drawn charter.

Standard ATC rules apply: the card must be 2.5"X3.5" and must be done on (or mounted to) a sturdy surface. On the back of the card you must have the date, swap name, and your swap-bot user name.
