For this swap you'll be creating a pocket letter for your partner and the theme will be: spring! Spring is right around the corner. Here in Ohio we've had a sort of "unwinter" so it seems like spring has already arrived. If you're not yet familiar with creating pocket letters, you can find a tutorial by Janette Lane, the inventor of the pocket letter, Remember to fill in the pockets on the reverse side with pretty paper. Here are some suggestions for your pockets: -spring flowers -spring washi tape -quote or poem about spring -packet of flower seeds -sealed teabag of flowery or herbal tea -stickers -something with butterflies -something with birds These are just suggestions--feel free to create with any spring-themed items. Since this is a pocket letter, please include a note to your partner in one of the pockets--nothing lengthy is required. Have a lovely time creating your letter! | |
