Create an ocean themed ATC for one partner. It must be regulation size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Send in a plastic sleeve or baggy. Remember to sign the back and mention the name of the swap. I will angel if necessary. You must have no unexplained 1's or 3's to participate.
