For me no coconut or pork please. Prefer chicken or vegetarian amd eggs and dairy are fine.

Could you please define ethnic? Does that mean something defined by one's own culture or something 'exotic'?

No pork or pork-based products (bacon, ham, lard, gelatine, etc.) for me, please, and also no recipes based on squash or zucchini. Thanks!
