So you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish at will something Fall-like (tree, leaves, mums) in fall colors with the words, â€œHappy Fall, Yâ€™allâ€ on it. Of course the ATC should be 3.5" X 2.5" on a sturdy background paper, like a cereal box cut to size. Have fun. JOIN! If there's a mail strike/lock-out, lateness won't get you rated down
