As Swap-bot does not allow hosts to ban members after partners have been assigned, this swap will serve as a way to rate. VenusEnvyGrrl has graciously agreed to send her package to panda2778 and this swap is a way to fairly rate her for her efforts. Both parties have agreed that this is a one way rating and panda2778 will send one package to her assigned partner and not be rated in this swap.
