Unless you are way down South, you are having cold weather. Let's create a cold weather character all bundled up against the cold. A chilly background would be nice. If your imagination has been hibernating, wake it up now. This topic is open to all kinds of possibilities. Remember this is a hand created swap...no stickers or magazine cut outs please. ATC specs apply: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2", with a sturdy backing, a protective sleeve. Your name, the swap name and your swapbot name all on the back.

What does HD/HP mean please?

That means the ATC must be hand drawn or hand painted, at least thats what it means in other swaps that say HD/HP. But correct me if I'm wrong.
