For this swap you will be decorating an envelope for your partner with Valentine washi tape. Inside you will include a nice note about how you spend Valentine's day or if you don't. Then you will include a nice flat surprise. The envelope should be totally covered. The washi tape can be a mix of solid and patterned Valentine's Day colors and themes.
