I don’t understand. Being new. Havent had any problems so still not sure what makes one decision on rating s? But any who lived by Disney for ten years went every weekend Since moved away i now miss it i just found my pin collection so this sould be fun ♥️

Thanks for joining!! All swaps have a minimum rating requirement and a lot of people set theirs at 4.9 to avoid having people who have flaked on a swap or sent something that didn't meet swap requirements, etc join.. A rating average that high doesn't allow much wiggle room for someone who may have had a bad rating in the past. I believe in showing people grace and giving people a chance, so I tend to set my rating requirement a little lower than most. One time I got rated a "1" simply because my swap partner didn't like what I sent, even though it met the requirements. That lowered my average and effected my ability to join other swaps until I could talk that person into changing the rating they gave me. I want swapping to be fun for everyone, so I put a lot of faith in people to do the right thing...just because someone made a mistake once doesn't mean they'll do it again.
