Create one mostly monochrome orange wonderful postcard with a piece of ephemera (includes postage stamps). If the ephemera is the only "collage" that's fine. 1 PC, 1 partner Apply proper postage depending on size and bulk. Try to create something so it can be mailed naked (without an envelope).
