Description:
Cut a standard size ATC from a paint sample card. Stamp, collage, draw, paint on this sample whatever you want. Just make sure that the color shows thru from the paint chip. Please use a paint sample that has more than one color on it. You can find these sample cards wherever paint is sold. Be sure to add a sturdy backing.
