For this swap, you'll email 3 photos related to a passion of mine: libraries (I could live in them!). Send your partners the following photos of a local library:

1) A photo of the FRONT of the library showing the name on it.
2) A photo of the lobby or what your partner would see if they walked in.
3) A photo of books in the writing section (Dewey numbers are in the 800's). Can either be a closeup of a few books or a long shot of the stacks.

Love my library. I am doing the Adult Summer reading challenge this year. I taught a class on altered books a couple of years ago. I am going to do a Poetry Workshop this summer. Just need to get a short syllabus written up for the librarian.

@littlemissme84 I'm referring to books in the writing section (eg. how to write short stories, poems, plays...) In Canada, I would look for shelves with books that have Dewey numbers 800, 810, 820, and so on. Not sure if that made anything clearer. If someone else can explain it better, go for it.

@Nachtauge - The numbers refer to the Dewey System labeled on the spine of the book. Different topics are assigned numbers, known as "call numbers." For example, "Tigers" are given the number 599.756. I'm asking people to take pictures of the writing section, usually the 800's.
