I’ve never made serial killer ATC s. How are they usually made ? Any sources I can look up that you recommend? Thanks.

I would google ATCs (Artist Trading Cards). Size is the only rule but many expect some level of creativity. I know I do. I'd look at Google and Pinterest for ideas of styles.

Oh sorry. I meant serial killers in particular. I love ATCs , just never made serial killer ones.
