Halloween Cat PC(s)

In the spirit of the upcoming holiday, this swap is for the cats of Halloween!

Swap rules:

• Write a note about your favorite part of Halloween, or about your cat.
• Bought postcard in good shape is always acceptable.
• Handmade is allowed as long as your partner gives you the ok.
• If we get 10 or more swappers, I'll up this from 1 partner to 2 partners (1 PC to each). If we get 20 or more swappers, I'll up it to 3 partners. Yay for more ratings!
• NO flimsy paper of course. These need to make it through the postal service machines.

I want this to be a safe swap. I will be checking participants for low ratings, late swaps, bad behavior, etc. before assigning partners. However, I will angel if necessary. Normal rules first though: Wait 2 weeks past the deadline and then message your partner. If you don't hear back or get negative/insufficient response after 3 days, rate a 1 and message me.
