Game and fantasy shops you can find them sometimes. I got them from a online fantasy shop in the Netherlands. People who play fantasy card games often use those sleeves as protection for the cards. I also have seen them on. >>> www.alieexpress.com Just search for "sleeves and cards" there and you see them. =)

You can also buy them online, from art & craft stores. Jerry's Artorama is one & they ship internationally. There are others. There are also sellers on Etsy.com that have them, some will give you sleeves when you order the cards. I hope this helps.
