Used Postage Stamp Collage PC - Global

I have hosted this swap several times and I always enjoy it. It's for those of us that aren't super crafty but still like playing with paste and paper occasionally.

You will make a used postage collage PC. Please abide by the following REQUIREMENTS:

1. Use a sturdy background (I use postcards that I wouldn't typically send out).

2. BE NEAT!!!

3. Please keep the size to normal postcard sizes (nothing too big or nothing too small)

4. Make the collage with used postage stamps (no other embellishments) If you would like to write a quote or something on the front among the stamps that is fine, but no gluing of anything other than the used postage.

5. Write a friendly message to your partner on the back of the card.

6. Remember to include Swap & User Name

7. Send on time & Rate promptly

I vet all my swaps during the sign up time and right before assigning partners.

4.99 rating requirement...I will remove anyone I feel uncomfortable with. I typically send a message noting the reason for removing someone, unless it is blatantly obvious.
